Mensaje en medio de la polémica desatada por la negativa de la Cámara de Diputados en otorgar carácter oficial a la visita de tres diputados a Dharamsala, India, con el fin de reunirse con autoridades del Gobierno Tibetano en el Exilio.

INSPIRING MESSAGE FROM H.H. THE DALAI LAMA TO THE CHILEAN PEOPLE
Message sent by H.H. amid the controversy sparked by the refusal of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile to grant official status to the visit that three deputies were requesting to make to Dharamsala, India.
The purpose of the visit was to meet with the Dalai Lama, observe the exile Tibetan Administration and the Tibetan refugee community.
After the controversy, just one of the deputies was able to make the visit, and when returned brought with him this special message from the Dalai Lama.
